"I felt that the trainer really brought the subject alive. Whilst reference was made to the handouts, the skills of the trainer meant that all topics were covered in a natural flow rather than mechanically relying on powerpoint. The best course I have ever been on!"

Why Conducting Meetings training? Well-managed meetings save time, have clear objectives and outcomes allowing you and your organisation to be more effective. However, valuable time, effort and energy is frequently lost through poorly conducted and organised meetings.  Whether an informal weekly team meeting or a formal AGM, good meetings need careful preparation, clear objectives and an efficient chair.  Conducting meetings is a skill that involves excellent communication and organisational skills, understanding and management of group dynamics and an ability to control challenging situations.
