Format
The format of your course is determined following a diagnostic consultancy with you. This comprises a detailed assessment of your needs and objectives. Where necessary, an assessment of your existing communication skills is undertaken. At this point, Communicaid will forward our recommendations on appropriate course formats for your approval. We appreciate that the work demands made on you means that our courses need to combine results-focused training with flexibility and we keep this need at the forefront when putting forward proposals on suitable course formats.
Course format options will depend on the communication skills course of interest as well as your availability. Options available include weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, intensive half/full days as well as week-long communication skills programmes.
Duration
Communicaid’s diagnostic consultancy process includes discussion on course duration. Once an understanding is established of your abilities and objectives, we recommend the necessary course length commitment needed. Depending on your needs, your course may be divided into modules to be scheduled over a set period of intervals, with individual targets established for each of the modules. Alternatively, your course may be planned as an intensive one or two-day period, encouraging you to implement change into your communication with immediate effect.
Schedule
Communicaid’s standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00- 20:00. Should you require sessions outside these core hours, subject to trainer availability, Communicaid will be happy to make necessary arrangements on your behalf.
Please note that communication skills courses scheduled outside core Communicaid operating hours are subject to a surcharge. Please discuss in advance with your Client Manager if you wish to include sessions during non-core hours.
Cost
As all our Communication Skills courses are entirely tailored to your needs, full training fees will be provided to you in a proposal following your diagnostic consultancy session with Communicaid. As part of the diagnostic consultancy process, we establish the concerns and objectives of the client. As our training courses are fully tailored, we cater for all start levels. Whether your need is for an introduction to core principles of good writing or you wish to enhance your existing negotiating skills by supplementing them with an international perspective, Communicaid will be able to design and develop a programme that is pitched appropriately to your needs.
Location
Courses are available at any of Communicaid’s training centres in London, Paris, Frankfurt and New York. However, Communicaid’s extensive network of Communication Skills training professionals and partner organisations means that we are able to organise training throughout the world, providing our clients with a choice of flexible and cost-effective training solutions.
