    I have been very open minded and really wanted to work with Indians in various outsourcing projects most especially in website development. Indians the most difficult people on earth. They view themselves as better than everyone else and rarely compromise in anyway. Based on my experience, Indian developers are not looking at long term relationship, with them it’s money now or don’t waste my time. I have learned it is much more cost effective to do business in other counties even if you pay double the rate. I have no doubt there are acceptions to this rule and I want to re-state I went to do business in India with a very open mind, but left extremely disappointed, more so at the cultural ways more than anything, but also the quality of the work, while it was okay, is not top notch by any means.

    Thanks for the information. I am heading to India soon also for website and app development. I am from Europe and not familiar with doing business over there. Can you give me any practical advise on what to do and what to expect? I also have considered going to Dhaka for IT outsourcing. You have any opinion on this after your experience in India?
