“The course was really useful.  I really valued the level of interaction, the training approach and the trainer's expertise”

Why Cross Cultural Training Turkey?  Home to both European and Middle Eastern cultures, Turkey is a fascinating country and an attractive destination for foreign organisations wishing to do business there.  When doing business in Turkey it is extremely important to be aware of the cultural values that influence business practices and regional customs.  A Cross Cultural Training Turkey course will help you to develop the essential skills and strategies needed to work effectively with Turkish counterparts.

Our values, communication style and working habits are widely influenced by our cultural background.  Without the appropriate cross cultural knowledge, these values and attitudes can create obstacles and lead to misunderstandings.  When working in a cross cultural environment, it is especially important to understand different cultural assumptions, values and perceptions and their impact on business.

For example in Turkey it is crucial to establish a personal relationship with those you are doing business with.  Since family and relationships play an important role in business life, maintaining a good relationship with your Turkish counterparts will help you to be successful when doing business in Turkey.  Also take into account the influence of Islam on all aspects of Turkish society when doing business in Turkey as well as the Turks’ rather polychronic attitude towards time.

By increasing your understanding of core cultural drivers and comparing them to those of your Turkish counterparts, a Cross Cultural Training Turkey course will increase your cross cultural awareness and enable you to communicate and build relationships with your Turkish colleagues more effectively.  By providing you with a set of cross cultural skills and strategies for doing business in Turkey, Communicaid’s Cross Cultural Training Turkey will give you a competitive advantage over your competitors and enable you to do business more efficiently with Turkish counterparts.
