SM

SM has worked in Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Germany and the UK while with an Estonian IT company working in their sales and marketing division.  She has over twenty years experience in international business and management and currently lives in Edinburgh.

An Estonian native, SM received a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Tartu and an MA in International Management from the University of Manchester.  In 2000 SM accepted a management position with a large financial firm in Scotland and is currently the company’s primary advisor on Eastern European business and financial systems. 

Fluent in Estonian, Russian and English, SM regularly travels to the Baltic countries and frequently speaks on the intercultural challenges of globalisation.  SM has been affiliated with Communicaid since 2003 and has successfully delivered programmes on the Baltic States to key Communicaid clients.
