Her professional background is in coaching, leadership, career development and cultural awareness training. She has worked in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors providing training to employers and clients such as Nokia, Celemi, CapitalOne, Shell, EBRD, Universidad de Los Andes (Colombia) and Focus Expatriate Services.
