SK is an executive coach and consultant working primarily with individuals and teams in improving their ability to manage and leverage difference, increasing their intercultural sensitivity and enhancing cross-cultural communication to ensure overall effectiveness and increased productivity when working with people in other cultures. 

Originally from Finland, SK has vast international experience.  She has lived and worked in seven countries on three continents, including Brazil, the US and the UK where she currently resides.  In addition, her work has taken her to over 35 countries on six continents. SK is multilingual: she speaks English, Finnish, fluent Spanish, good French and basic Swedish and Portuguese.

Her professional background is in coaching, leadership, career development and cultural awareness training.  She has worked in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors providing training to employers and clients such as Nokia, Celemi, CapitalOne, Shell, EBRD, Universidad de Los Andes (Colombia) and Focus Expatriate Services.  SK recently delivered a successful series of cultural awareness programmes for Communicaid to business post graduate students of Tanaka Business School, Imperial College London.
