Why Intercultural Management training? International projects involving teams composed of individuals coming from different cultures are now commonplace in the global world in which we work.. If left unchecked, the intercultural differences that exist between team members can hinder their performances and eventually lead to the failure of the international project. Such outcomes can be avoided if intercultural differences are understood and correctly deciphered by every individual working internationally.
Different intercultural values have a direct impact on how individuals communicate, work and interact with each other. Since these differences are instinctive, most individuals fail to make the connection between their intercultural values and how they impact working practices. This lack of awareness can lead to severe intercultural misunderstandings, incidents or clashes.
The role of Intercultural Management training offers global managers a comprehensive overview of the challenges of intercultural working and strategies to overcome cultural differences that can negatively impact team efficiency.
Communicaid’s Intercultural Management course is designed to enhance your knowledge of the role that that culture plays in international communication and prepare you to work more successfully with your international colleagues and counterparts. Developing your intercultural management skills is a key competency required now of any successful manager. Communicaid’s Intercultural Management will be personalised to meet your specific individual and organisational requirements to ensure the success of your intercultural teams or global project.
