Why Living and Working in Israel? Israel is the largest export market in the Middle East. Its location between three continents and strong economic connection with the US is increasing the country’s impact on the world market. Living and working in Israel is an extraordinary opportunity for any professional, but is an experience that can also be demanding and exhausting. Israel is home to both Jewish and Arabic subcultures which may cause unexpected challenges and misunderstandings for anyone not familiar with these religious cultures.
Understanding how political, religious and cultural changes over the last couple of years have significantly shaped the country and its business and social culture is essential for anyone living and working in Israel. The ability to anticipate cultural differences and adapt to a new way of life is also paramount to prevent frustration, misunderstandings and failure during the international assignment in Israel. Communicaid’s Living and Working in Israel courses are designed to respond to the needs of international delegates by providing useful information and advice on the various aspects of living and working in Israel.
