Culture for Relocation

Why cultural awareness training for relocation?  For organisations with operations outside their home countries, it is increasingly the norm to assign employees overseas.  Having someone on the ground thousands of miles away from the home base can be an effective way of establishing new networks, increasing business opportunities and raising company profits.  For the international assignee, such international opportunities can be challenging and exciting, offering the opportunity to work with new colleagues, on new projects, and in different cultural environments.
