Why Intercultural Awareness courses? Working in an intercultural context is now commonplace for employees of global companies. While intercultural working can offer many benefits, it also comes with many hidden challenges and pitfalls. Failing to assess and answer these difficulties can lead to severe intercultural misunderstandings and harm the productivity of the team.
Intercultural Awareness courses will provide employees working internationally with a better understanding of the benefits and risks created by intercultural teams. Through analysing each member’s core cultural values, communication style and working preferences, intercultural team members will develop and apply a set of strategies that will result in improved intercultural working and collaboration. With the right set of intercultural skills, employees will work more effectively across cultures and bring more back to the organisation.
Communicaid’s Intercultural Awareness courses aim to facilitate your intercultural interactions in the workplace and give you the tools you need to effectively communicate in an intercultural context.
