“The real life examples and extensive knowledge of the trainer really made the session come to life.”

Why Intercultural Training China?  While China’s economy continues to grow at a rate faster than most countries in the world, and its exposure to Western business and trade increases, Chinese society remains remarkably traditional.  The concepts of face and hierarchy have a profound influence on business relations and negotiations, while access to profitable contracts often depends not only on the know-how of a company, but also on the ability to establish the right contacts with the right people.  The success of intercultural business interactions with Chinese counterparts therefore depends heavily on the ability to recognise and understand the intercultural variables and react accordingly. Communicaid’s Intercultural Training China is specifically developed to address these needs.

Communicaid’s Intercultural Training China programmes are designed to raise both your intercultural competence and your understanding of Chinese culture.  Intercultural Training China programmes are especially suited for individuals developing business relationships with Chinese clients and suppliers, as well as all employees of companies currently doing business in China or exploring future business opportunities in China.

An Intercultural Training China programme will provide you with an understanding of the differences between your values, assumptions and perceptions and those of your Chinese counterparts so you can easily anticipate and deal with any intercultural differences and how they impact business interactions.  Intercultural Training China programmes also provide delegates with personalised strategies and a combination of in-depth background information and hands-on practical tips and solutions to ensure doing business in China is successful.  Designed in close collaboration with you and your organisation, our Intercultural Training China courses will be tailored to your unique requirements ensuring maximum impact to your context of doing business in China.
