“Group interaction was excellent.  Topics were very diverse but very appropriate.”

Why Intercultural Training France?  France is both the largest country in the European Union and the most visited country in the world, with 75 million tourists each year.  A modern and diverse country, France encompasses a wealth of landscapes and identities influenced by an amalgamation of cultural and historical differences.  As a result, French social and business culture is so unique that any organisation doing business in France must be mindful of the intercultural differences they are likely to encounter there.  Communicaid Intercultural Training France programmes are bespoke solutions designed with the specific needs of your company in mind to help you reduce intercultural differences and turn them into competitive advantages.

When doing business in France, global organisations need a set of intercultural skills that enable them to decipher the unique aspects of French business culture, and therefore eliminate the risks inherent in having false or misguided expectations as to how French business people will behave.  Communicaid’s Intercultural Training France programmes offer valuable insight into French culture and how it affects doing business in France.  One key drivers of French culture is a high aversion to risk and uncertainty, which translates into a high number of rules and norms regulating all manner of procedures.  As a result, negotiations can take time which can be perceived as a sign of incompetence or mistrust by anyone who does not have the right level of intercultural understanding for doing business in France.

Communicaid’s Intercultural Training France programmes equip you and your company with a set of intercultural skills that fit your unique business needs thanks to our uniquely blended approach that includes poignant case studies delivered by trainers with hands-on experience in relevant sectors.  Designed in close collaboration with you, Communicaid carries out a diagnostic consultancy to gain an understanding of your existing skill set and specific objectives. This ensures Intercultural Training France programmes are delivered with maximum impact and effectiveness, guaranteeing a high return on investment and real and measurable effects on your business operations in France.
