    Communicaid’s eTraining provides HR & Training departments with the ability to quickly and cost effectively measure the language ability of large numbers of employees.  It is also a valuable tool to use to in the recruitment process. Two options are available:
    Placement Test

    • Duration: 30 – 45 minutes
    • Languages available: French, German, Spanish, Italian and English
    • Objective: To quickly measure the language proficiency of employees
    • Methodology: Delegates are tested on a random sample of questions from a database of 200 questions examine vocabulary and grammar-based knowledge, as well as oral and written comprehension. This ensures that no delegate will be presented with the same questions.
    • Level: Tests from beginner to advanced level of language proficiency via three series of questions graded according to the performance in the previous set of questions.
    • Result: Each delegate receives a TELL ME MORE placement level as well as a score out of 10.

    Language Achievement Test/TOEIC Preparation

    • Duration: 90 minutes
    • Languages available: French, German, Spanish, Italian and English
    • Objective: An in-depth test based on the internationally recognised TOEIC/TOEFL and European Framework standards
    • Methodology: Delegates are asked 180 questions (90 oral and 90 written) with the level of difficulty based on the European Framework defined standards.
    • Level: European Framework levels A1 – C2
    • Result: Each question is worth 4 points with a maximum score of 800 possible (see table below)
