Military Training Solutions

Winning the hearts and minds of the civilian and military populations in any Area of Operations (AO) requires an understanding of the local language and culture.  A high level of cultural awareness and the ability to communicate in the local language can help military personnel to avoid cultural pitfalls and build stronger relationships with the local forces and civilians on the ground.

Pre-deployment cultural and language training equips military personnel with the confidence and skills they need to actively generate local support and effectively implement positive changes in operations.  Without this, operations can not only fail but also leave behind negative repercussions for any future involvement or impact in that or other theatres of operation.

Communicaid has actively supported UK and NATO operations with operational language and pre-deployment cultural training packages that support individuals, teams and units for over twenty years.  We have unrivalled expertise in providing training to the defence, security, intelligence and diplomatic sectors and offer a wide variety of bespoke packages designed for each unique requirement and theatre of operation.
