As part of HBOS's recent annual ENA (Europe and North America) conference held at St.
Andrews, one of Communicaid's trainers was invited to deliver the keynote speech. The speech, delivered to 200 senior HBOS managers, discussed how cross-cultural diversity impacts on business and how to ensure that a diverse employee population is not a divided one.
