She has developed her role as one of Communicaid’s lead Italian trainers and been involved in a number of client projects and Italian course materials’ development projects. DB started her career as a business Italian trainer in London in 1997, which was followed by a period in Japan where she delivered corporate Italian courses to Japanese businesses in Tokyo. She has also previously worked in both customer services and as a software product support analyst.
