Her background includes a 15 year career in training and operational management in the retail sector (including Marks and Spencer, Next, the House of Fraser, and the Burton Group). She specialised in graduate recruitment and management training and development. This experience in the field of training and HR management has been invaluable in helping others to develop stronger influencing and interpersonal skills.
