AP combines her understanding of living and working in both the UK and India and over ten years of training experience to share a real understanding of the challenges and frustrations faced by both European and Indian executives and managers.
Born and raised by Indian parents in the UK, AP worked for Reuters after graduating before relocating to Mumbai in 1991. Once in India, she continued to work as a writer with the Times of India and then as Brand and Training Manager for Victoria’s Secrets. She was then approached by 3G to design and deliver an intercultural training programme for a large call centre working with British clients.
Since then AP has delivered a wide range of intercultural and communication skills programmes to large corporate clients including CNBC, JP Morgan, BNP Paribas, Tesco and Barclays Bank. She also provides personal coaching to individuals focused on improving their global competence and interpersonal effectiveness in an international environment.
